Company recall issued for Gaviscon Advance Aniseed Suspension 500ml

Reckitt Beckinser has issued  a product recall for two batches of Gaviscon Advance Aniseed Suspension, 500ml bottles distributed since 21 December 2011 by the Warrington, Swansea, Glasgow and Bristol branches of AAH. Click here for further details.

This is due to the non reversible solidification of the contents for a small portion of these batches following exposure to cold temperatures.

Pharmacists should quarantine the affected stock and contact their original supplier for further information about returns.
