The NHS East of England, NHS Primary Care Commissioning and the Department of Health has co-produced a set of documents to support the world class commissioning of services in prmary care and community service areas.

The series of guidance and policy documents also has a number of useful toolkits which are available to download including for example a Diabetes Commissioning Toolkit.
