Additions for November 2010
Quetiapine modified release tablets 150mg, 200mg, 300mg, 400mg and 50mg pack sizes of 60 have been added to the Drug Tariff as Category C based on Seroquel XL list price [please note this list is not exhaustive]
Advance Notice
There are a number of items being added to the Drug Tariff from December the 1st including some strengths of Glucophage SR and Coracten XL, Onbrez inhalers and more please check your paper Drug Tariff for more details.
Also please note the addition of leuprorelin 11.25mg [Prostap] as a Category C from December 1st.
