We have just had a Dispex member querying the new prescription sorting arrangements for expensive items from NHS Prescription Services which states that items with an NHS cost of over £100 and "specials" must be sorted seperately from other prescription forms for sending to NHS Prescription Services.

We have just spoken to NHS Prescription Services who have informed us this is for Pharmacy Contractors only and does not apply to Dispensing Doctors.
