Pharmaceutical and Dispensing Doctor Training

Over the last couple of years there have been many changes for Dispensing Doctors including the launch of the Dispensary Services Quality Scheme.  Surelines are pleased to announce a NEW 5 Step Programme of training courses which will assist practices in achieving Part 3.4 and Appendix A of the DSQS Guidance.  By attending all steps, a dispenser(s) can be deemed competent as specified in Appendix A.  The newly designed certificate may be used as evidence to your PCT, if the practice is in agreement, as this lists all of the competencies covered on each course.

There are many other new courses too which have been developed, these include Personnel Management, How to Interpret PACT Data, Receptionists in the Dispensary, as well as many of our other courses that have been fully updated.

All persons working within a dispensing practice or otherwise who may be involved in the process of dealing with patients from receptionists to GP’s will benefit from the courses offered through Surelines and our training courses are the most up to date, wide ranging and informative courses on the market.
