How it works
  • Guarantee by pharma company that Dispex Members receive a discount that is greater than or equal to the other discounts provided to buying groups.
  • MDS still operated through wholesaler.
  • Dispex to provide member details to pharmaceutical company to notify wholesalers of normal guaranteed discounts for Dispex members
  • Additional discount for Dispex members to be paid in the form of a rebate to be administered by Dispex
  • A single remittance cheque to be paid to Dispex by the pharmaceutical company based on sales figures supplied to Dispex.
  • Dispex will then send rebates of x% plus VAT to the individual practices.
  • No fee for promotion.
  • Fixed fee element to be paid to Dispex for rebating the surgeries which is volume related
